Halloween party at the Fitzpatrics. All the kids got to trick-or-treat behind each door in the house. This was the warm up to real trick-or-treating the next night. Who needs more candy? Even mom and dad put on some silly getups.

Delaney and Ellis went along for the ride. The weather was perfect 65*. Delaney is the monkey, and Ellis is a baby chick. Emerson was a princess, and last year she was a catapiller, so this year she decided to be a catapiller princess. Seemed creative enough and was much warmer that bare arms and legs.

Call me crazy, but this seems like a little much, even for halloween. Unfortunately, the parents didn't see it, until it was too late. Emerson talked about the gross head in the toilet for days, but didn't have any bad dreams, apparently candy can help erase the memory of creepy halloween decorations.

Emerson and Dad did a great job creating this beautiful pumpkin woman out of things from the yard while mom was working on day. JD doesn't like the mushy, stringy, seedy part in the middle, so this was a less messy and safer alternative to carving.

So many presents for a 4 year old, we almost needed a cake break half way through opening. A wonderful fun day. Thank you to everyone for helping celebrate Emerson's day. She is enjoying the gifts (the twins are as well, and Emerson is doing a great job sharing).
